Photography is a self-expression. I predominantly work in black and white format as it presents an elusive visualization of a character, mood and emotion. I like to create in the minds of individual looking at my photo the feeling of depth. Being a simple guy, I appreciate Mother Nature in its simplest form. I try to interpret God’s creation with my intimate connection to nature as seen on my photographs. I love what I do and I devote a lot of time enhancing and perfecting my art. It’s a lifetime journey, it’s a passion!

In 2011, Paul Res had his first solo exhibition titled “Landscapes” in Manila. His works has been presented and exhibited internationally in Vietnam, South Africa, Iran and Manhattan. Paul Res was a finalist for “Photographer of the Year 2015” at the “Lucie Awards” held at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan, New York. The Lucie Awards is the premier annual event honoring the greatest achievements in Photography. He was also the Photographer of the Year of for the Philippines chosen by the “International Photography Awards (IPA)”.

Paul Res is a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Camera Club of the Philippines” one of the oldest society of its kind in Asia founded in 1928. A tax lawyer by profession, he finished his Political Science and law studies at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Born in the Philippines, Jet began shooting landscapes in 2012 with the Nikon D300s and has never looked back since. Starting out as just a hobbyist photographer, Jet’s love for photography led him to shoot a wide variety of subjects, such as landscapes, fine art, street and motorsports. His works were published in National Geographic website, Travel and Leisure magazine, and Artlimited.

I have been into photography since 2009 when I got my first Canon dslr that I needed when me and my friends were travelling a lot in the Philippines. Little by little I had developed my love for taking nature photos. It has become a passion, or perhaps an obsession. I had pushed myself to learn and to develop more my skills in shooting and post-processing. Now here I am, always looking at the world map and planning for my next destination. Photography has become my motivator, my life. It has transformed me into a different person and the way I see the world and art itself. I really enjoy and am very passionate about this craft. I have written many articles about landscape photography and have published photos on some international magazines. I have organized a number of international workshops and photography safaris as well.
